A free walk-through and a written price
Someone comes out, looks at the yard, and writes down an itemized price that holds for 30 days. No deposit until you say yes. Call (737) 353-6034 or send the form; the line is open any hour.
What happens on the day of the walk-through?
Someone arrives in the window you were given, usually within a few days of your call. They look at the soil, the sun and shade, the slope, the sprinkler system and the trees, and talk through what you want. Nothing is quoted from a satellite photo, and nothing is scheduled on the spot unless you want it to be.
What's on the written sheet?
Every line, so you can compare it with anyone else's: plants by name, size and count; sod by the square foot and grass type; stone and base by the square foot; labor; haul-off; the irrigator's time where sprinklers are involved; any permit or HOA submittal; and, for tree work, each tree priced on its own with the permit question answered. If a design plan is part of it, the plan fee is on its own line and credited against the install.
How long does the price hold?
Thirty days. If you approve it inside that window, the work is scheduled at that price, in the right season where the plants care about the season.
Do I pay anything up front?
Not for maintenance or tree work. A project with materials to order carries a deposit stated on the sheet, typically a third, and only once you've approved it. A design plan fee is paid when the plan is delivered.
Is there any obligation?
None. The walk-through and the sheet are free, and you're welcome to get another quote. We'd rather you compared and chose us than felt pushed.
What if something turns up later that wasn't on the sheet?
You hear about it and approve it before it's done. A root under a patio, a second dead limb, a valve that fails during the audit: each is priced and agreed, not added quietly.
What if it's urgent?
A tree on a structure, a limb over a walkway or a driveway, or a sprinkler line flooding the yard goes to the front of the line. Say so on the call. A tree on a power line is the utility's or 911's first, then ours.
Does the price change by town?
No. One price list across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Dripping Springs, Kyle, Lakeway and Hutto, with no travel charge. Soil, access and the size of the job change the number; the ZIP code doesn't.
