One call, start to finish
The easiest way to explain who's who is to follow a single call through: a homeowner in Cedar Park with a dying lawn and a limb over the roof.
It's 9 p.m. on a Tuesday and someone in Cedar Park calls (737) 353-6034. The line is answered, as it is at every hour, by an automated assistant that takes a name, a number, the address and the problem: the Bermuda is dying in patches and a limb from the live oak is resting on the roof. It flags the limb. Within the hour a person calls back, confirms nothing is touching a power line, and sets a walk-through for Thursday morning.
Thursday, the estimator arrives in the window. They pull a sprinkler head and find the zone has been misting the sidewalk for a year, read the shade line under the oak, measure the trunk and find it's 26 inches, a heritage tree, and look at the limb. They write an estimate on paper: an irrigation audit and repairs by a licensed irrigator, a lawn program for the Bermuda, and a crown clean on the oak with the roof limb reduced, scheduled inside the oak-wilt window with cuts painted. No removal needed, so no permit. The homeowner reads it, asks why not just cut the limb off, gets a plain answer, and says yes.
The next week the irrigator walks every zone running, replaces four heads and a valve, and sets the controller to Cedar Park's watering days. The lawn crew starts the program. The following Saturday the climbing crew is on the oak in harnesses, lowers the limb in two pieces, paints every cut, chips the brush and rakes the lawn before the truck leaves. Through all of it the office keeps the contractors' insurance and licence paperwork current, schedules around a rain day, and is the one number the homeowner calls when a question comes up.
Who the work belongs to
Austin Landscaping Tech is operated locally in Austin. The estimator, the irrigator, the lawn crew and the climbers are independent, insured Central Texas contractors, not the operator of this site, and you're told who's coming before any visit is booked. The referral disclosure sets out how that works; the about page explains how contractors are chosen.
